As soon as she gets to London for spy training, Nicki Haddon is asked by the British Secret Service to infiltrate a drug cartel, one responsible for moving a load of heroin into the country. Once inside the gang, Nicki discovers a plot to create a super-potent opiate, and astonishingly it is connected to Queen Victoria.
