Jason and the team head back to Las Vegas to track down whoever gave them the basketball job and set them on their current, failed path. In desperation, Jason turns to an old friend and former CPC member, Z Davis. But whether he actually wants to help them is another matter.

The Mafia's first mistake was not making sure Jason Jorgensen was dead. Now the CPC is engaged in a covert war against the Mafia's operations--while slowly, Jason and his team of con artists are whittling away at their senior members.

Living large after the successful heist, Jason is approached by a mysterious patron with a very risky job for him: rig a basketball game in Las Vegas. The job itself doesn't interest Jason so much as the reason the boss wants Jason for the job--the entire situation looks like a test. Needless to say, Jason plans on passing.
