Fuuko earns the right to sit in the first seat of the Roundtable and initiate the loop, but things get complicated when God appears and Ragnar?k, the final battle, begins. The Negators all combine their efforts to prevent God from destroying Ark before Fuuko can loop, and Andy and the others only have to hold off God's attacks for eleven minutes until the Ark becomes fully functional. When Fuuko achieves the loop, she sets out on a mission to reunite with her friends and negate the gods once and for all.

Using the power of the Ark, Fuuko sets out to prevent the activation of Unknown and subsequently save Akira Kuno from tragedy in her first task in the new loop. Suma Suzume, the newest dino-keeper at the struggling Enoshima Dinoland has survived her three-month orientation period, and now she must work alongside each of the department heads to find her permanent place on the staff. First, Suma goes to work with Igarashi Keisuke to help him take care of the park's pachycephalosaurus and stegosaurs. One of the dinosaurs is getting injured and no one knows why, so Suma begins to investigate. Later, Igarashi struggles with his position at Blue World.

Now that Komi and Tadano are officially dating, Komi's dad invites Tadano to join him at the saunas in order to bond with him, and Tadano asks him how to kiss a girl. Then, the school has a summer uniform competition, and Komi wins for the third year in a row. Later, Komi makes pot stickers, and the kids all prepare for their midterm exams. Finally, Komi and Tadano have a study date, and they hug for the first time.

When schools reopen and clubs reconvene after COVID-19 closures, Kikuzato can't wait to try out his new leg, but he is still plagued by memories of falling like he did in his first public race. He tries to make up with his friend Take after their fight, and Kikuzato competes in his first race with his new leg. The race makes him asks himself why he's running in the first place.

When the Proxy Chair Icho accidentally makes it so Itan High is on the list of schools that could lose their funding and be dismantled, the students have just one option to save their institution--study camp. However, when they arrive, they find another school at the camp, and one of the students just happens to be an old flame from Tadano's past. Komi is jealous, and finds herself in a scholastic and romantic competition all in one.

Komi has beaten Kawai in the battle for Tadano's heart at study camp. But Komi feels bad for Kawai when she sees how lost she is now. Komi wonders if Kawai could be a new friend instead of a rival.

Mira meets Cappy, Rei's fluffy stuffed goat friend and becomes entranced by his stories of mysterious objects.
