When a cyclone transports Dorothy to the land of Oz, she must seek out the great Wizard in order to return to Kansas.

Finding himself in the land of Oz after getting caught in a tornado, magician Oscar Diggs meets three powerful witches and teams up with Glinda, the good witch, to save Oz from being taken over by her two evil sisters.

While the Emerald City prepares for an invasion of Munchkinland, Glinda finds herself under house arrest and the Cowardly Lion is on the run from the law.
