This window makes me feel

"Written in the long shadow of 9/11, This Window Makes Me Feel replaces the individual poet's response to catastrophe with a collective, multi-vocal chorus of everyday articulations. Never before published in its entirety, This Window... is one of the earliest examples of a long poem solely composed with repurposed web language."--Page 4 of cover.

Don Tillman

The Rosie result
Don Tillman and Rosie Jarman are back in Australia after a decade in New York, and they're about to face their most important challenge. Their son, Hudson, is struggling at school: he's socially awkward and not fitting in. Don's spent a lifetime trying to fit in, so who better to teach Hudson the skills he needs? The Hudson Project will require the help of friends old and new, force Don to decide how much to guide Hudson and how much to let him be himself, and raise some significant questions about his own identity. Meanwhile, there are multiple distractions to deal with: the Genetics Lecture Outrage, Rosie's troubles at work, estrangement from his best friend Gene ... And opening a cocktail bar.

School's out

2007
When teacher Eric Capadis is found dead outside a classroom window of an apparent suicide, his friend Pierre Hoffman takes over teaching Eric's middle school class. The students in the class are unnerving. Their fierce loyalty to each other and their perfect behavior along with a series of bizarre messages, has Hoffman wondering what's really going on with these kids and if perhaps Eric's death was not a suicide after all.
