When Sir Percival Snout claims the whole town of Tuptown belongs to him and wants to knock everything down, Pigsticks and Harold go in search of Pigsticks' great-great-grandpig's never-recovered pirate treasure so they can buy it all back and save the town.

The evil Sir Percival Snout claims that the Tubtown belongs to him and wants to knock everything down. Pigsticks and Harold need a fortune to buy it back. Luckily, Pigsticks' great-great-grandpig was a pirate and his buried treasure has never been found, and the two friends hope to track it down in time.
