When Wilson Fisk becomes mayor of New York City and sets his daughter, Princess Fisk, up as co-runner of the Department of Education, it means bad things for LUnella and the students of her school, P.S. 20. Meanwhile, Lunella's problems--like her genetic mystery that continues to swap her brain with a forty-foot-tall T. rex--continue to get worse, especially when her cousin, Devin Dinosaur, comes to visit and the Wrecking Crew strikes.
