Fushigi Yu?i / Watase, Yuu

Schoolgirl Takiko Okuda tries to destroy her father's translation of "The Universe of the Four Gods" and is magically transported into the story, where she becomes the Priestess of Genbu and must search for the Celestial Warriors.

Takiko is challenged to a duel by another Celestial Warrior, testing Takiko's skills with the naginata, until a dark force invades the area and the two enemies are forced to work together to stop it.

Takiko and Chamka save a girl from a burning house and accept the hosptitality of her family until Chamka can recover from using his special power of freezing things in ice, but when the girl's father sells Chamka out to the bandits, Limdo must save the day.
