America Chavez has no sooner found out the place of her origin--the Utopian Parallel--than it comes under attack from a decades old enemy, and America finds herself facing off against the villainess Exterminatrix.

Ms. America, the time-traveling hero who once was a Young Avenger and now leads the Ultimates, is about to enter college, where her first assignment is to go back in time to fight alongside Captain America on the front lines of World War II. However, the time jump goes wrong, and America Chavez gets stuck in the past.
