Follows the adventures of Carol Danvers as Captain Marvel and Nadia Van Dyne as the Unstoppable Wasp. When A.I.M. gets some Pym particles, Carol and Nadia are shrunk down to uncover A.I.M.'s plot and stop it.

Carol Danvers' movie night with best friend Jessica Drew--Spider-Woman--is interrupted by an invasion of Flerkens, those pocket-dimension-holding tentacle monsters her own cat, Goose, actually is. The Flerkens have taken over Manhattan's bodegas, and it will take a Captain Marvel to find out why.

After chasing her Kree friend Bean, Carol Danvers--Captain Marvel--winds up in the grip of the Reality Stone and transported to a mirror universe where she is known as the villain. Stuck in a state she can't wrap her mind around, she find that Peter Quill from the Guardians of the Galaxy is not a friend, but is intent on defeating her. The two battle with the Reality Stone as the prize. For Carol, the stone may be her only chance of returning to her own universe.

Carol Danvers returns to her role as Alpha Flight commander and tries to focus on the job but when she learns someone is hunting for alien refugee children, she investigates. The enemy she finds uses Danvers' own genetic material against her and Danvers must call for help from an old friend. Even with his help, the fight is far from over.
