Sasha loves to do everything as fast as possible, but she's stopped in her tracks when she meets Mr. Sloth. Certain they are going to best friends, Sasha takes Mr. Sloth everywhere she goes. During the big neighborhood race, Sasha is just about to win when Mr. Sloth tells her to stop. Eventually, he gets her to stop and enjoy the moment, and Sasha realizes the importance of slowing down and practicing mindfulness.
