Nina's new friends Priya and Nayan have just moved to Wisconsin from Florida, and they've never experienced snow before, so she can't wait to introduce them to all sorts of winter activities like snowball fights, snow angels, and building a snow fort. But when Nina notices a strange car parked outside her neighbors' house while they're out of town, she decides it's time to become a Snow Spy and discover the identity of the mysterious person.
