Katie and her family make shamrocks for each of her classmates to celebrate St. Patrick's Day, but when Mrs. Connor shows a shamrock that looks very different, Katie is sad until, together, they learn the distinction between a shamrock and a four-leaf clover.

When Sophie Mouse finds a four leaf clover in Clio's clover patch, she waits and waits for the good luck it is supposed to bring, but after she spills paint all over and forgets an adventure with Hattie, she starts to wonder if the clover is a curse instead.
